Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day. Processing times may be extended during sales, promotions, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
DRIVEN is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will assist with tracking inquiries whenever possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. DRIVEN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or reshipped orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages
DRIVEN is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly. You may also reach out to us for assistance within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
